Job Summary
We are seeking an AgTech Software Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support to our clients. In this role, you will help cattle producers solve real-world problems by guiding them through our Animal Management Systems and ensuring seamless software performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for software and database issues
- Assist new clients with onboarding and software setup
- Maintain and support client databases for accuracy and security
- Collect user feedback and collaborate with development teams
- Create guides and documentation for common issues
- Use remote tools to resolve technical problems efficiently
Requirements
- Strong understanding of software systems and databases
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Background in agriculture or livestock industry preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Knowledge of Windows systems and basic networking
